NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 17, 2022 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000771 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES 2007-2 TRUST, HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and PASCUAL FRANCISCO A/K/A PASQUAL FRANCISCO A/K/A PASCUAL FELIPE A/K/A PASCUAL FRANCISCO FELIPE A/K/A PASCUAL FRANCISCO-FELIPE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4 day of May, 2022 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block D, Sunny Acres Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 52, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
