NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of March 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-002448-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff and WESLEY WIMBERLY; ANDREA LEIGH WIMBERLY; AV CONSTRUCTION, LLC; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A ARIELLE ALVAREZ and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00am on the 1st day of June 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK A, UNIT E BIG ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
