NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2018, and entered in 18-003667-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUNE WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNE WILLIAMS N/K/A JOHN WILLIAMS; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF PINELLAS COUNTY; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 28, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
