NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 21, 2022, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 802, BUILDING 8, ARBOR HEIGHTS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14909, Page 1389, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on April 26, 2022.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
