NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 21-000181 CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FIDDLER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH MCGAVER AKA DEBORAH K. MCGAVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH MCGAVER AKA DEBORAH K. MCGAVER; ERIC LEE BUTLER; RYAN MCGAVER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
