NOTICE OF PARTITION SALE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

RONALD LATRONICA and DEBORAH LATRONICA,
Plaintiffs, vs.
PETERPAN PROPERTIES ENTERPRISE, LLC; THE UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Partition, dated April 4, 2022, wherein RONALD LATRONICA and DEBORAH LATRONICA are the Plaintiffs and PETERPAN PROPERTIES ENTERPRISE, LLC; THE UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES, now known as WARREN DRAYTON; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES, now known as MIKE GEYER, are the Defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash and subject to any and all liens and faults, on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of May 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Lots 1 and 2, Block 9, WESTFIELD, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 209 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida Less, that portion of said lands conveyed to the State of Florida for use and benefit of State Road Department of Florida by Deed dated January 15, 1958, and recorded in Deed Book 380, Page 347, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the Plaintiffs and the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
