YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
UNIT C-32, BUILDING C, THE THIRD BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 474, PAGE 121, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 5920 Palm Lane, Unit C32, Bradenton, FL 34207.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon LOGS LEGAL GROUP LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2424 North Federal Highway, Suite 360, Boca Raton, FL 33431, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before with service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
