NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2021CA000558000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Betty L. Joan Whatley a/k/a Betty L. Whatley a/k/a Betty J. Whatley a/k/a Betty Joan Whatley a/k/a Betty Whatley; Clerk of the Court, Polk County, Florida are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 2nd day of May, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 45, OF W.F. HALLAM & CO' S CLUB COLONY TRACT OF LAKELAND HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS: THE WEST 125 FEET OF THE EAST 375 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
