Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2022, in Case No.: 2021-CC-002768, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and GILDA ALICIA CAMORIANO is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on April 28, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 178, HERITAGE LANDINGS, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 163, Pages 21 through 23, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
