Decedent/settlor, John D. Martin date of birth November 22, 1928, who lived at 7333 Scotland Way, Sarasota, FL 34238, died March 21, 2022. No probate estate is currently anticipated for the decedent. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Revocable Trust Agreement of John D. Martin dated May 22, 1990, as restated November 18, 2003, and amended December 6, 2012, will be forever barred unless presented to Greenleaf Trust, Successor Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement of John D. Martin dated May 22, 1990 as restated and amended, within four months after the date of publication of this notice.
