NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 17, 2022, in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 005810 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CMALT REMIC 2007-A5 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. SERIES 2007-A5 is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JON M. WEINER A/K/A JON MICHAEL WEINER, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of May, 2022 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE N 1/2 OF LOT 9, SARASOTA GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF VACATED CENTER RING ROAD ADJACENT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
