Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure for Plaintiff, entered in the above-styled cause on March 30, 2022, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Description of Mortgaged Property
Lot 20, Block C of BRIARWOOD UNIT SIX, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 59 through 61, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, less and except a portion thereof, being more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Lot 20, Block C of BRIARWOOD UNIT SIX, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 59 through 61, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and beginning at the easterly corner of said Lot 20, Block C; thence North 52°13'22” West along a radial line and the common property line of said Lots 21 and 20 as shown on said plat a distance of 120.00 feet to a point on the arc of a circular curve and the common property of said lots; thence southwesterly 2.50 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the southeast, through a central angle of 00°19'06”, having a radius of 450.00 feet and being subtended by a chord which bears South 37°37'05” West, with a chord distance of 2.50 feet; thence South 52°13'22” East along a non-radial line a distance of 120.00 feet to the northwesterly right of way line of Terrazzo Lane; thence northeasterly 2.50 feet along said northwesterly right of way line of Terrazzo Lane and the arc of a curve concave to the southeast, through a central angle of 00°26'03”, having a radius of 330.00 feet and being subtended by a chord which bears North 37°33'36” East, with a chord distance of 2.50 feet.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
