NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE TRIPLE CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Triple Creek Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop rules related to parking enforcement, towing, and other district operations.
Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011(5) and 120.54, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on June 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at the Hammock Club, 13013 Boggy Creek Drive, Riverview, Florida 33579.
