19-CA-004083 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and JAMES E. SNEDEKER A/K/A JAMES SNEDEKER, SUSAN I. SNEDEKER A/K/A SUSAN SNEDEKER, and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants.
