NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-011936 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon,
f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-10, Plaintiff and Yoselin Garcia are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 23, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
