NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated February 2, 2022 and was recorded February 11, 2022 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2022000049047, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SAND CASTLE BEACH CLUB Manager's Office, 905 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 11th day of MAY, 2022, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
