NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 1, 2022, and entered in Case No. 36-2021-CA-004549 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2018-RPL4, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Thomas D. Stephens a/k/a Thomas Dwight Stephens, deceased, James Carlton Stephens, The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Thomas Dwight Stephens Trust dated June 15, 2004, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Thomas Dwight Stephens Trust dated June 15, 2004, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18th day of May, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK 62 OF UNIT 7, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
