NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 21-CA-005227 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff and KATHLEEN ELLIOT; et al., are Defendant(s).

• By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com. on May 18, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 107 of COUNTRY PINES CONDOMINIUM PHASE 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1639, Page 2179, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
