NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2022, in Case No. 21-003432-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Dolphin Day Lending, LLC is the Plaintiff and Vincent's Hideaway LLC, Vincent Ciccone A/K/A Vincenzo Ciccone, Bay Blvd. International LLC, Fernando Grammerei, Vincent Ciccone A/K/A Vincenzo Ciccone As Trustee Of The Vincenzo Ciccone Trust Dated March 2, 2021, Cypress Cove II Condominium Association, Inc., Enterprise Marine Contractors, Inc., and Unknown Tenants #1 Through #6, are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10) the Clerk's website for online auction on MAY 10, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel 1: That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit A, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Cypress Cove II, a Condominium, as set forth in O.R. Book 5006, Page 1217, et seq. and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Pages 117 and 118, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Parcel 2: Condominium Unit B of Cypress Cove II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 5006, Page 1260, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all Amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Page 117 and 118, of the Public Records aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
