NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 27, 2021 in Civil Case No. 52-2021-CA-000589 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein MILL CITY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2018-4, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and JUSTIN W. LEIHER A/K/A JUSTIN LEIHER, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11TH day of May, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 150, Orange Manor Third Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
