NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 10, 2022 in Case No. 21-002625-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (“Plaintiff) and JOHN G. CHOLOMITIS; JOAN M.CHOLOMITIS A/K/A JOAN M. CARROLL; WILLIAM B. CARROLL, JR. (“Defendants”). Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of MAY 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, WOODLAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
