NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2022, and entered in Case No. 52-2020-CA-004172 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for registered holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2 , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Raymond H. Bunce, III, deceased, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, Homeowners Association of Highland Lakes, Inc., f/k/a Highland Lakes Recreation and Homeowners Association, Inc , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the May 12, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
