NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated April 11, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 21001220CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and TAVIRA PROPERTIES, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 4214 COCKRELL STREET PORT
CHARLOTTE LAND TRUST; BILLY J. COATES; KATHY MARIE SMITH-COATES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A HOLLY KRIZEN; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 27th day of May, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2139, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 41A THROUGH 41H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
