Lot 23, Block 1419, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 20A thru 20F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, and is styled UNA R. DOUGLAS and AUGUSTUS J. DOUGLAS vs. D. M. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on JAMES W. MALLONEE, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before May 30, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on JAMES W. MALLONEE or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiffs' interest which will be binding upon you.
