NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 4, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2020CA000114000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and HILARIE GUADELOUPE A/K/A HILARIE A. GUADELOUPE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JAMES MARK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE DUE EAST A DISTANCE OF 66.64 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE DUE EAST A DISTANCE OF 999.53 FEET, THENCE DEFLECT RIGHT 131 DEGREES 41'56” FOR A DISTANCE OF 602.48 FEET, THENCE DEFLECT RIGHT 94 DEGREES 26'21” FOR A DISTANCE OF 429.54 FEET, THEN DEFLECT LEFT 90 DEGREES 0'0” FOR A DISTANCE OF 120.0 FEET, THENCE DEFLECT RIGHT 90 DEGREES 0'0” FOR A DISTANCE OF 309.69 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID DESCRIPTION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
