NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2021CA002899AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Dennis James Robison; Unknown Spouse of Dennis James Robison; Manatee County, Florida are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 4th day of May, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, PINEWOOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 15 AND 16, PUBLIC RECORDSOF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
