YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 31.34 FEET OF LOT 1187 AND THE NORTHWESTERLY 44.52 FEET OF LOT 1186, OF VENICE GARDENS UNIT NO. 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 10 AND 10-A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
