THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL P. BARNABY, DECEASED, et al.,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18 day of April, 2022, and entered in case No. 20-CC-2284 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PALM FROND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, BENEFICIARIES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL P. BARNABY, DECEASED, BARBARA McKEEVER AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL P. BARNABY, DECEASED, JOHN E. BARNABY, SR., AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL P. BARNABY, DECEASED AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on May 18, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 3D, PALM FROND CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, according to the Declaration of Condominium on file and recorded in O.R. Book 1598, Pages 479 through 538, inclusive, and any and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
