NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-006398-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc.; Dawn Gentry a/k/a Dawn M. Gentry; Elizabeth Phillips a/k/a Elizabeth A. Phillips; Jacqueline Higdon a/k/a Jackie Higdon a/k/a Jacqueline M. Hunt; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming Interest By, Through, Under or Against The Estate of Daniel E. Hunt a/k/a Edward Hunt a/k/a Daniel Edward Hunt, Deceased are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103 OF SANDY WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE(S) 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
