NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 18, 2022 in Case No. 21-005149-CO of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein IMPERIAL POINT CONDOMINIUM V ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JANE C. BAUMANN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANE C. BAUMANN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of May, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 52, and an undivided 2.0573% interest or share in them common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL POINT CONDOMINIUM V, as recorded in O. R. Book 4023, Pages 522 through 594 and as amended in O. R. Book 4461, Page 886 and O. R. Book 4631, Page 710 and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 91 through 98 all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
