NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated April 13, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2018CC005446 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee. realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on May 24, 2022, the following described property:
THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 34, ALL OF LOT 35, AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 36, BLOCK K, FAIR LANE ACRES, THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH CERTIFICATES OF TITLE, IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 41750A, TITLE NUMBER 3477434, AND IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 41750B, TITLE NUMBER 3477433, MAKE CHAT, YEAR 1969.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
