Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 22, 2022, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, PEBBLEBROOKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 132, PAGE 18, AMONG THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 8886 PEBBLEBROOK DRIVE, LAKELAND, FL 33810; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on July 8, 2022 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
