Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated April 18, 2022 in case number 53-2021CA-003324-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FIRST MORTGAGE CORPORATION OF WINTER HAVEN, a Florida corporation, as Plaintiff, and MICHAEL R. MICHAUD, ALEXIS B. MICHAUD, husband and wife, THE RIGHT WAY ASSOCIATES, INC. d/b/a WCCR, a dissolved Florida corporation, KAREN MACK, dba ALLIED BUILDING PRODUCTS CORP, an unregistered fictitious entity, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of May, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, TIMBER WOOD UNIT III SUBDIVISION, as shown by map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 50, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
