NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2022 in Case No. 532021CA002425000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein FOREST RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and MARIA ESTHER DIEPPA; LIZAMARIE HERNANDEZ DIEPPA, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on MAY 27, 2022.
