NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT 76, TIKI VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK CONDOMINIUM, as described in the Declaration of COnDominium dated June 15, 1977, filed July 11, 1977, in Official Records Book 898, pages 1781 through 1834, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with all appurtenances thereto described in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. With the following street address: 3250 Kauna Point Drive, Holiday, FL 34691.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 12, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
