NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 23, 2021 in Civil Case No. 51-2021-CA-001404 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2019-GS2 is Plaintiff and CEDRIC E. HARRIS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23RD day of May, 2022 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 73, Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club, Phase One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 61 through 71, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
