NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 20, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 004460 NC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and DANNY MCMANAMAN A/K/A DANIEL W. MCMANAMAN; UNIFUND CCR, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, 9:00 a.m., on May 26, 2022 , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 309; THENCE SOUTH 00°19'55” WEST A DISTANCE OF 29.71 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°48'01” WEST A DISTANCE OF 162.89 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°11'59” EAST A DISTANCE OF 24.71 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET FOR A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 70°56'08” EAST A DISTANCE OF 128.21 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°19'55” WEST A DISTANCE OF 60.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING A PART OF LOTS 308 AND 309, EASTWOOD, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
