NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 21st day of April 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 005486 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALISON G. BROWN UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALISON G.
