NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale entered on April 6, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004405 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Collier, County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF CABANA SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff's Assignee and RYAN CHRISTOPHER is the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on May 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM, following the described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE 29.79 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAIF LOT 52 AND THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 57.00 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 29 DEGREES 56'32” A CHORD DISTANCE OF 29.45 FEET BEARING SOUTH 27 DEGREES 53'27” WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
And commonly known as 870 VISTANA CIRCLE, NAPLES, FL 34119-1002.
