YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title on the following property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Parcel 1 (Folio No. 050013-0000):
That part of the East 200 feet of Government Lot 8, lying South of Road, less additional right-of-way, in Section 24, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also more particularly described as follows:
Commencing from the Southeast corner of said Section 24 run N 00 degrees 17'03” E, along the East boundary of said Section, a distance of 74.93 feet to a point of intersection with the Limited Access Right of Way of Interstate Highway 75, as per Florida Department of Transportation Right of Way Map 10075-3404, for a Point of Beginning “A”; run thence Southwesterly 84.21 feet along the arc of a curve of said right of way, said curve being concave to the Northwest having a radius of 2769.79 feet, a central angle of 01 degrees 44'31”, subtended by a chord which bears S 88 degrees 09'03” W and having a chord length of 84.20 feet, to a point of intersection with the Southeasterly right of way with Gibsonton Drive, as per said Right of Way Map 10075-3404; run thence Northeasterly along said right of way the following two (2) courses: (1) N 00 degrees 13'40” E, 187.30 feet; (2) N 42 degrees 41'45 “E, 125.03 feet to a point of intersection of said right of way with the East boundary of said Section 24; run thence S 00 degrees 17'03” W, along said East boundary, a distance of 276.48 feet to the Point of Beginning “A”.

The East 570 feet of the West 800 feet of Government Lot 8 lying South of Road, LESS I-75 bypass, in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.

That part of the East 25 feet of the West 49.5 feet of Government Lot 7, and East 918.5 feet of Government Lot 8, South of Road, LESS a lot described as: from the Southeast corner, run North 835.1 feet, West 611.12 feet, South 4°54' West 393.88 feet for Point of Beginning, then run South 82°6' West 124.25 feet, and South 4°54' West 101.1 feet, North 82°6' East 124.25 feet, and North 4°54' East 101.1 feet to Point of Beginning, and less 100 feet for road right of way for East Bay Road and less I-75 bypass, in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
LESS that part of the above described parcel extending Northerly of the described Drainage Easement as described in O.R. Book 3634, Page 1535, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing from the above described Point of Beginning “B” run thence Northeasterly along the Southerly Maintained right of way of Gibsonton Drive the following four (4) courses: (1) N 48 degrees 43'24”E, 97.86 feet; (2) N 52 degrees 23'41” E, 133.66 feet; (3) N 75 degrees 09'48” E, 117.37 feet; (4) N 78 degrees 40'51” E, 125.49 feet to a Point of Beginning “C”. From the said Point of Beginning continue along the said Maintained right of way the following three (3) courses:

Commencing from the Southwest corner of the said Section 19 run North 00 degrees 17'03” E, along the West boundary of said Section 19, a distance of 351.41 feet to a point of intersection with the Southerly right of way line of Gibsonton Road as per Florida Department of Transportation Right of Way Map 10075-3404; said point also being the Southerly County maintained right of way of Gibsonton Drive (as pointed out by John Warren of the Hillsborough County Public Works Department); run thence along said right of way the following five (5) courses: (1) N 37 degrees 21'16” E, 82.90 feet; (2) N 39 degrees 05'59” E, 101.38 feet; (3) N 55 degrees 24'08” E, 16.71 feet; (4) N 40 degrees 34'40” E, 155.98 feet; (5) N 48 degrees 43'24”E, 1.83 feet; to a Point of Beginning “B”.
