NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 21, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-013178 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC1, Plaintiff and NGA LE NGUYEN-PHUOC; LINNIE'S FASHION INCORPORATION; ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTERMS, INC.
