NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 06, 2022, entered in Case No.: 29-2021-CA-001441 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, CARMEN I. CAMACHO RAMOS and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on June 08, 2022 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed. The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
Legal: LOTS 22 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 9, SIDNEY HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH ½ OF VACATED 2ND AVENUE ABUTTING LOT 22 ON THE NORTH.
TOGETHER WITH A 1998 REDMAN MODEL MANUFACTURED HOME BEARING SERIAL NO.'S: FLA14612973A AND FLA14612973B.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
