NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2022, and entered in 16-CA-008209 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS 5, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13023 EARLY RUN LANE LAND TRUST; ALAN KIELER A/K/A ALAN W. KIELER; JENNIFER KIELER A/K/A JENNIFER R. KIELER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
