NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-007008, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST HB1 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF STANLEY E. GLEASON-BROWN A/K/A STANLEY E. GLEASON BROWN A/K/A STANLEY E. GLEASON, DECEASED; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STORMY GLEASON; SUNNY GLEASON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; HIBISCUS POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIVERSAL PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O TERRANCE MARTIN; are defendants. UNIT NO. 351, HIBISCUS POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF HIBISCUS POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2342, PAGE(S) 409 THROUGH 546, INCLUSIVE, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2361, PAGES 1855 THROUGH 1992, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2378, PAGES 2319 THROUGH 2324, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SID DECLARATION AND AS FUTHER AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
