NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by order of the Court and to enforce a Judgment of Foreclosure (Count II) against the Defendants, AMC HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION INC., KARR BROTHER'S DRYWALL, INC., AGUSTIN MARQUEZ CARBAJAL, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, dated April 21, 2022, and entered in Civil Action No. 21-CA-002569 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Courts, will sell the real property located at 430 Fairfax Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33905, more fully described as:
Lots 751, 752, 753, 754, 755 and 756, Block 24, RUSSELL PARK ANNEX, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 8, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
[Property commonly known as: 430 Fairfax Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33905.]
Sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at the Lee County Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on May 25, 2022, on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com. There will be a minimum starting bid of $100.00.
