NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 30, 2022 in Civil Case No. 16-002352-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff, and SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFFREY CAMIMADE; RAFAEL J. RODRIGUEZ; U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 18, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 33, BUILDING NO. 1, OF SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 60 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, AS REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 114 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4081, PAGE 1235 ET SEQ., AS CORRECTED IN O.R. BOOK 4097, PAGE 1408, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
