Book 8617, Page 66, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and legally described in Exhibit “A” to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.

TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of MOBEL AMERICANA RO ASSOCIATION, INC., including Membership Certificate Number 632, representing one (1) share in MOBEL AMERICANA RO ASSOCIATION, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jonathan James Damonte, B.C.S., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12110 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, on or before June 2, 2022 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
