has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on or before of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Shawn M. Yesner, Esq., whose address is 2753 S.R. 580, Suite 106, Clearwater, FL 33761, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
