NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2022, and entered in 52-2021-CA-004192 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and WALTER M. TREMPER and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 17, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1, RIVIERA BAY SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
