NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 09, 2021, and entered in 18-003578-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WANDA RENEE HARTSFIELD, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIE ZELL MARCOR AKA WILLIE Z. MARCOR; WANDA RENEE HARTSFIELD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; IBERIABANK FKA SABADELL UNITED BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 19, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
